P-O-F is not your typical band. It's the explosive sonic vision of Insendium (INSY), a singer, rapper, musician filmmaker, director, inventor, writer, entrepreneur, and composer with a restless mind and a passion for narrating stories through film and music in all its forms.

WHY PARAPHERNALIA ON FIRE? For Insendium, life itself is a "Paraphernalia On Fire." Like in the theater, we experience a whirlwind of emotions: we cry, laugh, and are frightened. P-O-F reflects this intensity, where the lyrics and music explore life, death, the universe, and the cosmos. Each song is a spark of this "paraphernalia," a glimpse into the entirety of the human experience.

From its roots in raw and current regional Mexican "tumbado," passing through Caribbean rhythms close to reggaeton and the psychedelic exploration of sonic journeys inspired by Bufo Alvarius in ALUCINANTE where ancestral instruments merge with electronics, P-O-F defies labels and delves into a boundless sonic universe. You can expect everything from danceable funk with bilingual lyrics in "LUST" to poetic rap full of meaning and visceral metal

DJ RA POET. A talented music producer, arranger, and composer, DJ RA POET  brings a cutting-edge vision and a unique ability to fuse the unexpected. Their recent project together, "La Ver_Data," is a clear example of this sonic alchemy: "tumbado" as a foundation, injected with rap, hip hop, and the ancestral sonority of the Veracruz harp and pre-Hispanic drums.

​MAURICIO HABIB MONCADA. A highly talented artist and musical engineer, Mauricio met Insendium during the artistic participation in "ALUCINANTE." It was in this project where their collaboration flourished, creating truly mind-blowing sonic magic. His humility and ability to understand Insendium's vision were fundamental in bringing to life this spiritual exploration through Bufo Alvarius, where ancestral instruments and electronics intertwine with world-class mixing, a result of his education at the prestigious Berklee Music School.
